JSE Pole Barns
More than 1,600 Pole Barns Built Since 1968
Back when my dad started out he was a farmer, and still is. He also worked for a builder to help support his farming habit and ended up building a barn for his father, out of need. He really enjoyed the feeling it gave him to create something, so he started building pole barns for neighboring farmers.
His first client was another farmer who basically hired him on faith and personal reputation, saying:
“There’s no doubt in my mind that if you’re building it, it’ll get done right.”
You could say that living up to that reputation has been our non-negotiable standard ever since. That’s why 99.23% of those 1,600+ buildings were completed on time and on budget, with no surprises. We’re serious as heck about “build it right,” and here’s how we back up our quality claims
Building Styles
We started building in 1968 and incorporated in 1971, and since then we’ve completed over a thousand design-build structures.
We specialize in Pre-Engineered Steel Structures and Post and Beam Construction. Although most people associate post and beam with pole barns and associate pre-engineered steel with factories, we’re known for taking on and completing complex and challenging structures, such as:
-
- Reconditioned Buildings – such as the Kingsville Train Station
- Fire Halls
- Indoor golfing
- Administration buildings
- Lodges
- Riding Arenas
- Stables
- Township Salt Sheds
If you would prefer a wood building, but your zoning by-laws require stud frame construction, than we can do that instead.
Bottom Line: If you’re wondering whether or not we can build it, rest assured that, unless it’s a sky scraper, we not only can build it, but have probably already built something like it before. Our gallery is a great place to hunt for examples.
And if you have any questions, I’d be happy to talk with you directly – just give me a call at the office.
